1. Account Executive Job
Description: ·
To assist in full spectrum of accounts
daily transactions, maintenance of proper accounting records and filing
system. ·
To deal with daily transactions for the
petty cash and ensure that the monthly bank reconciliations are performed in
a timely and accurate manner. ·
Ensure the accurate and timely processing
of payment transactions. ·
Responsibility for monitoring all the
account receivable and payable function. ·
Prepare and update of sales invoices,
debit note and credit note in accounting system. ·
Perform monthly closing and full set of
accounts. ·
Monitors and analyzes department work to
develop more efficient procedures and use of resources while maintaining a
high level of accuracy. ·
Obtain and maintain a thorough
understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger structure. ·
Assist in development and implementation
of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department. Job
Requirements: ·
Candidate must possess at least diploma
in Accounting or pursuing professional qualification. ·
At least 5 years of working experience in
the related field is required. ·
Able to handle a full set of account and
monthly management report. ·
Good knowledge in financial reporting
standards. ·
Must able to work under minimum
supervision and communicate with all levels. ·
Strong Microsoft and Excel skills.
Knowledge in any ERP software is preferred. ·
Analytical and have an aptitude for
numbers. ·
Self motivated,
mature personality, hardworking, dedicated, committed, independent, multi
task and able to meet tight deadlines. ·
A task-oriented person who can take
pressure and adapt to new environment. ·
